Halloween Horror Massacre
Why We Picked Halloween Horror Massacre
What Halloween Horror Massacre offers is a platformer you can finish in a sitting, and it does not pad the distance. The difficulty is in reading the level, not in pressing the keys. It comes down to the route through the level, and the game rarely asks you to do the same thing twice. Nothing in it wastes your time on purpose, which is rare for the genre. On the record: 130 of 183 on the adventure shelf, 4.3 out of 5 from 37 ratings, and 1,088 plays.
How to Play
The page documents very little, so these are the things worth knowing before you spend time on it:
- Reader mode strips embedded frames, so the game area stays blank until it is switched off.
- The exit is marked by the level design rather than by a marker, so read the screen before the map.
- Watch the frame rather than the character when the screen starts to move.
Editor’s Note
Progress rarely saves, so plan to finish a level in a single sitting. Because levels are short, closing the tab mid-run costs less here than almost anywhere else on the site.
