Why We Picked Gloo Bot
Gloo Bot is built from collecting what the level asks for while staying out of trouble, a few checkpoints and a map small enough to remember. collecting what the level asks for while staying out of trouble is the core of it, and each level rearranges the same demand into a new shape. A small map, a clear goal, and no apology at all for the scale. The reason it stayed is the route design: there is usually a faster way than the obvious one. By the numbers: 180 of 183 on the adventure shelf, 5.0 out of 5 from 3 ratings, and 145 plays.
How to Play
Three rules cover almost everything this game asks of you:
- Steer with the arrows and let the game handle the rest of the inputs.
- Pick up the marked items while staying out of reach of whatever is following you.
- Take the obvious path first, then the one that looks like scenery.
Editor’s Note
Expect to repeat a section more than once; the checkpoints are kind about it. The games here are short enough that the back button is a reasonable way to leave one unfinished.
