DUO With Friends - Multiplayer Card Game

Why We Picked DUO With Friends - Multiplayer Card Game

DUO With Friends - Multiplayer Card Game marks the legal moves and lets the board do the talking. It is the position on the board and nothing else, which is why one game can hold attention for a sitting. The presentation is plain because a decorated board is a worse board. It stays listed because it asks for nothing: no sign-up, no install, no second person in the room. For reference: 237 plays, 4.2 out of 5 from 6 ratings, and 142 of 172 on the puzzle shelf.

How to Play

The page documents very little, so these are the things worth knowing before you spend time on it:

• The browser's back button leaves the page rather than the game, so use the in-game exit instead.
• Take the material only when the position pays for it.
• Give the opponent's last move a second look before answering it.

Editor’s Note

No account, no download, and undo is rare — a careless move tends to stay on the board. A port that shows legal moves is teaching the rules while you play, which is the quietest kind of tutorial.
