Why We Picked Diggy
Diggy keeps its levels short, its retries cheap and its hints to itself. Forgiving about the retry and strict about the route, which is the right balance. It comes down to the route through the level, and the game rarely asks you to do the same thing twice. It has been opened 2,827 times, and the retry counter is probably higher. On the record: 4.7 out of 5 from 107 ratings, and 108 of 183 on the adventure shelf.
How to Play
The page documents very little, so these are the things worth knowing before you spend time on it:
- Background tabs throttle animation, so keep the game in the active tab while playing.
- Reach the end of the level with what you picked up on the way.
- If a jump looks impossible, the route is probably elsewhere.
Editor’s Note
There is no save system worth the name, so plan on finishing a level in one go. Because levels are short, closing the tab mid-run costs less here than almost anywhere else on the site.
